YOUTH

Today’s teenagers face a multiplicity of problems. Here at North Point, our task is to help build a foundation of Biblical truth based on God’s Word. Our desire is to equip teenagers with the tools needed to combat and conquer when the “world” attacks. Teenagers are hungry for love, acceptance, approval and a clear direction on “which way to go”. Here in the youth ministry at North Point, we try to provide everything a teenager needs to find the purpose and direction God has for their life. Parents are always encouraged to be a part of our youth ministry!

"Do not let anyone treat you as if you are unimportant because you are young. Instead, be an example to the believers with your words, your actions, your love, your faith, and your pure life."

GATHERINGS

  • This gathering is done in a large group setting with small group breakouts at the end. We use the XP3 Students Curriculum from the Orange Group and our Adult Leadership Team teaches it on rotation. We normally do a 3-4 week series at a time. Sunday mornings at youth is probably the best way to start your day. We enjoy coffee and games before each of our lessons.

  • This gathering is done in a large group setting the entire time. We start the night off by catching up with friends while enjoying coffee, games, sodas, and LOTS of snacks! The youth is lead in a 15-20 minute message on teachings that are relevant to today's youth. We end the night with prayers and celebrations and a bit more socializing. There are no Sunday night meetings during the summer. Some summertime activities are scheduled. Contact Tricia Ward for more information on summer activities.

  • This gathering is done in a large group setting, including games, snacks and time in the word. Currently led by Tim Watson, our Wednesday nights with youth are full of fun and diving deeper into God's word. There are no

Wednesday night activities during the summer. This will pick back up in September.
